This website (ruslanlabs.store) and the Instagram automation tool running on it are operated by Ruslan Labs ("we"). The tool is used only for our own Instagram professional account, @ruslanlabs, to reply automatically to comments and direct messages on that account.
When you comment on one of our Instagram posts or send us a direct message, Meta delivers to us: your Instagram user ID and username, the text of your comment or message, the post it relates to and the time it was sent. We do not collect passwords, e-mail addresses, phone numbers or any data from your own Instagram account beyond what Meta provides for that interaction.
Only to send you the reply you asked for (for example a link after you commented a keyword), to avoid sending the same reply twice, and to keep a log of what was sent. We do not sell or share this data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Data is stored on our own server, protected by access controls, and kept for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted automatically.
The tool uses the official Instagram Platform API and complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Meta's own handling of your data is described in the Instagram Privacy Policy.
